• Poultry, Fish and Meat products

A healthy balanced diet of these five food groups ensures a regular supply of essential vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber. Unless you are suffering from a health condition that prevents you from eating certain types of food, nutritionists advise us to eat from all the food groups, but in moderation.
